Safety Management
The legal systems of most countries today require a contractor to appoint a safety and health coordinating officer at any construction site where more than one employer or contractor is at work.
In addition, the developer is also required to ensure that a safety and health plan is prepared before a construction site is planned. This applies where two or more building employers or contractors will be working simultaneously at the same site, if the total number of workers is more than ten or, if the activities being undertaken are hazardous.
